I took a week off to go to Birmingham and when I got back to the office I found that vox.com had been added to the list of sites blocked by my current client’s corporate firewall. So someone somewhere in the organisation has decided that vox.com is a nasty timewasting site (like myspace) and not something that is useful to the business (like typepad or blogspot).
I don’t pretend to understand how they make these decisions. But it means that I won’t be blogging on Vox during the day for as long as I’m working on site for this client.
